Autumn Alchemy Weizenbock
ABV 7.5% | IBU 21 |
In the heart of Bavaria, where brewing traditions dance like lederhosen-clad revelers, there lived a Weizenbock named Wilhelm. With his rich caramel cap and a penchant for partying on the palate, he was the life of every biergarten soirée. Wilhelm was known for his banana bonanza and clove crusade, leaving everyone in stitches with his spiced tales and fruity wit. The villagers eagerly gathered under the boughs of chestnut trees, clinking steins, and raising their voices in frothy merriment whenever Wilhelm made his appearance.
Balanced banana and clove, rich malt, with dark fruit notes.

Borealis Baltic Porter
ABV 8.0% | IBU 29 |
Born of bleak winters and hard work, London dockside workers in the 18th century preferred dark beers with roasted malt and higher alcohol content. As the style was exported around Europe, Baltic ports of Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, it grew in popularity with these remarkably rugged laborers.
Our Borealis Baltic Porter is a nod to these tundra tradesmen, foregoing the fruity character that the ale yeasts had imparted for cold-loving lager strains, with lighter brown malts giving way to blends of pale and “black patent” malts.
Dark chocolate, molasses, roasty, with robust overtones. Fan favorite.
Flight of fancy IPA
ABV 7.5% | IBU 55 |
From Icarus to the Wright brothers, Leonardo Da Vinci to Howard Hughes, humankind has always been fascinated by flight. While early attempts failed, were it not for those early pioneers we would be woefully wingless.
Flight of Fancy IPA is a toast to early innovators, whose ideas are regarded as unrealistic and bordering on fantastical. Back before the haze craze, there was a time where IBU’s and bitter beer face were considered crazy. Funny how far we’ve come.
Balanced bitterness with fruity hop notes, piney with hints of citrus with a malt backbone
Cloudy Curiosity Hazy IPA
ABV 7.3% | IBU 33 |
The pioneers of the haze-craze came crashing out from the cloudy winter months of New England to sweep the nation with a new take on IPA. They no longer needed to be bitter, dank, and piney! Arguing for another way of wrangling hops to promote fruity, floral, and otherwise fantastic flavors, the New England (or hazy) IPA is all of those things, but with only a slight bitterness and dryness to round out the riot of hop flavor present in these beers. What started out as a Cloudy Curiosity is now certainly a style that will stick around.
